About Alyssa's Light
Alyssa's Light was created in memory of Alyssa Peterson to bring hope, healing, and advocacy to young people and families. Following Alyssa's death in 2019, our family began searching for answers and working to raise awareness about the connection between brain health and mental health.
What began as a personal journey has grown into a mission focused on advocacy, education, community engagement, and support for families. We believe protecting young people is something we can all agree on. Through partnerships with healthcare professionals, educators, researchers, and community leaders, Alyssa's Light works to promote awareness, education, and support for young people and families.
